Booking & Payment

Your appointment time is requested, not confirmed, until payment is received. Once you book online, send an e-transfer to magicmairaa@gmail.com to lock in your spot. Unpaid bookings may be released to other clients after 24 hours.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

48+ hours’ notice: full refund or free reschedule, your choice. Less than 48 hours’ notice: non-refundable, though you’re welcome to reschedule once for a $25 rebooking fee. No-shows forfeit the full session fee with no reschedule offered.

Late Arrivals

Sessions end at the originally scheduled time regardless of a late start, so late arrivals mean a shorter session at full price. If you’re running behind, a heads-up is always appreciated.

Illness & Emergencies

Life happens. Genuine emergencies or sudden illness, with as much notice as possible, will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Refunds follow the cancellation policy above. Session packages and gift cards are non-refundable but transferable to another person.

Packages & Gift Cards

Session packages and gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and follow the same cancellation policy as individual sessions.

Before You Book

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy practice, but please let me know ahead of time if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, have a pacemaker, have had recent surgery, or are managing a serious medical or mental health condition, so we can make sure the session is right for you.

Virtual Sessions

Please have a stable connection and a quiet, private space. Sessions still start and end at the scheduled time regardless of technical issues on the client’s end. The Reiki energy will still flow!

Minors

Clients must be 18 or older to book a session independently.
